Previous scientific investigations towards plants in BRLSS have ranged from fundamental plant physiology under fractional gravity conditions to applied edible crop cultivation in Earth analogue constructions, including various techno-biological aspects such as illumination alternatives, nutrient delivery strategies and cultivation strategies.
