Description
Objective:Demonstrate robust and repeatable vacuum ignition of LOX/Kerosene breadboard ignitor.The majority of large engine activity in Europe is hydrogen based and requires more complex ignition technology. This activity was to use cost effective ignition systems based on traditional automotive solutions for LOX/Kerosene engine ignition. These engines are more appropriate for the small launcher market than LOX/LH2.
