Description

The MAGS project focused on developing a Maritime Adaptive GNSS Safety Concept to support mariners, particularly within the vicinity of ports.Critical maritime transport operations such as port approach or port docking require safety concepts. One opportunity for a new safety concept is the utilisation of an adaptive Alert Limit (AL) by creating a centralised process to monitor the port and monitor vessels within the port, instead of using a fixed AL.
