Maritime Adaptive GNSS Safety concept (MAGS)
Description

The MAGS project focused on developing a Maritime Adaptive GNSS Safety Concept to support mariners, particularly within the vicinity of ports.

Critical maritime transport operations such as port approach or port docking require safety concepts. One opportunity for a new safety concept is the utilisation of an adaptive Alert Limit (AL) by creating a centralised process to monitor the port and monitor vessels within the port, instead of using a fixed AL.
